Gladedale is one of the UK's top 10 new homes developers with a range of schemes across England and Scotland

The brief

Capitol Square in Epsom is a landmark scheme of 1 and 2 bed apartments, bringing a stylish and modern specification to an area more widely know for traditional home styles. The scheme was to be launched over a two year period so ensuring a media strategy that was constantly fresh was essential. We recommended that Gladedale trial a new approach to email marketing with one of our partners, Rightmove.

The campaign

The Rightmove database gave us access to up-to-date demographic information. We were able to target only those consumers who had specifically requested information on 2 bed apartments costing £250,000 within a 5 mile radius of the development in the previous three months. We designed an html email targeting these potential buyers. Nearly 40% of our target audience opened the email and almost a quarter clicked on the link to find out more information.

The results

In the week following, two sales were attributed directly to the email campaign. A superb return on investment.
