Hadley House is a development of 10 luxury apartments in beautiful Hadley Wood, situated between busy Cockfosters and the M25. Early footfall was below expectations and the client needed visitor numbers to increase.
We recommended the use of a mixed media campaign whose main element was a strategically positioned 48-sheet poster in Cockfosters. Situated next to the busy underground station and on the main road through the area, directional creative was used to increase local awareness of the site and its key features.
We achieved a 20% increase in footfall as soon as the campaign began, and strong visitor numbers were maintained by changing creative executions throughout the project.
