Vision 4 are developing The Stadium, Highbury - the former home of Arsenal Football Club - into highly prestigious studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and penthouses.
There was so much about this scheme that made it special: its history, its location and the fact that it is one of the finest examples of Art Deco architecture in London. It was also part of the largest regeneration project in the country, a unique scheme, different to every other development in London. An advertising campaign that promoted its unique features was required to gain maximum exposure for the client.
Using key national press titles, think media secured special positions that allowed the development to dominate the property supplements. To emphasise the prestigious nature of the scheme, back page positions, bookends and front page strips - combined with eye catching creative - ensured that the brand was seen by its target audiences.
It was "the fastest selling scheme in London" according to Noel Dekeyzer of FPD Savills. Ready for first occupations in 2009, the scheme was 95% sold by the end of 2007.
